ACCEPTED FILE FORMATS:
To make the printing process smooth and hassle-free, we accept the following print-ready file formats:

IMAGE RESOLUTION:
High-resolution images are recommended for non-pixelated prints. We recommend providing image files at 100ppi, saved at 100% print size for optimal results.
Additionally, for text and shape-based elements, we recommend providing vector files for crisp and clean lines.
UPLOADING YOUR ARTWORK FILES:
At the checkout, you can easily upload your artwork files along with your order. Once received, our team will promptly review your files and be in touch with a final print proof for your approval, if requested in the order. We understand the importance of accuracy and will ensure that your artwork is printed exactly as intended.
COLOUR REFERENCE MODE AND ARTWORK SIZE:
To ensure the best print quality, please set up your document in CMYK colour mode. This colour mode is specifically designed for print reproduction and will accurately represent the colours in your artwork. Using RGB colour mode can result in different colour outcomes when printed.
ARTWORK IS TOO LARGE TO BE UPLOADED OR EMAILED:
Having trouble uploading or emailing large artwork? No worries! We recommend using the online service WeTransfer. Upload your artwork and simply enter hi@eco-flags.co.uk as the recipient email address. So we can easily match your artwork to your order, please remember to include your business name and order number in the message section.

refunds and payments
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
