What are Heras Fence Printed Covers?
Outdoor Heras Fence Printed Covers, or fencing scrim as they can be referred to, are an affordable temporary perforated mesh covers for universal standard frame sized perimeter fence panels at 340cm x 185cm, often used on construction sights and outdoor event like festival as well as sports grounds. We supply three uniquely suited fabric variations of heras fence covers to suit your environment and on site specifications along with budget.
Each fabric option preforms its own unique wind resistant air flow properties to reduce wind drag and maintain in addition the durability of the heras fence cover. With wind permeability of up to 55% this also makes heras covers perfect for outdoor advertising and branding. These cost-effective and easy to apply panels are ideal for many industry and environment settings and uses.
Heras fencing mesh covers are perfect for screening off metal fencing along with private areas at events or construction sites for security, whilst adding further visible branding.

What is 115g Dye Sub Eco Poly Airmesh?
This fabric option is ideal for windy environments due to its high airflow. The material is very light weight making your cover easy to manage during installation. What is 230g Heavy Duty Dye Sub Airmesh?
Ideal for maximum durability, the heavy mesh fabric is the strongest fabric based mesh product for heras fence covers. An eco friendly, flexible option with the strength of a PVC material, this fabric can also withstand the strongest winds. Perfect in the use of high rise buildings, open air shows and building wraps. What is 330g PVC Mesh?
Cost effective and durable, this material has a more rigid finish and look than other mesh material options. The PVC mesh material still provides a large amount of airflow for outdoor use, with a solid feel to create privacy for your construction sites or events. Easy to clean and simple to install on site. 115g Dye Sub Eco Poly Airmesh
The Engineered 115g Poly Airmesh is the lightest Heras fence cover fabric made from 100% polyester with 55% air holes, allowing high airflow and very low wind drag. Super light weight allowing the material to be easy to handle even on large-scale projects with long, continuous runs, please ask for details. This smart polyester fabric is tear resistant and full colour dye sublimation printed with any image or graphic creating a semi shine, photo-quality and fade-resistant finished banner. The 115g Poly Airmesh can be printed edge-to-edge in runs of up to 100m for large-scale projects please ask for details. Purchased in standard Heras or custom sizes with reinforced rear taped edging and 50cm spaced, rust-free nickel eyelets for added strength and easy installation. 230g Heavy Duty Dye Sub Eco Poly Mesh
The 230gsm Heavy Poly Mesh is the strongest mesh banner fabric and an environmentally friendly alternative to the more traditional PVC banner. Like our best-selling Poly Airmesh, it is made from recyclable polyester and features wide holes for excellent airflow. Reinforced edging and rust-free nickel eyelets make it easy to install, remove and reuse. The ultra-durable, Heavy Poly Mesh is available in continuous print runs of up to 100m with reinforced strong tape edging; the ideal choice for long-term use on building and development sites using Heras fencing or scaffolding building wraps.
330g Printed PVC Mesh
The PVC Eco Printed Mesh 330gsm is a sturdy, cost-effective Heras banner option. Its more rigid structure makes installation easier in some settings. Smaller holes create a more opaque finish making it ideal for screening while still providing light airflow. Heat-sealed seams and nickel eyelets make installation and removal easy. Any graphic or image can be printed onto your PVC Heras banner using our specialist eco-friendly, non-solvent ink.
Artwork
Artwork ready to print?
Heras cover artwork will need to be created to the dimension of your selected cover size, ensure all visible information is within 50mm safe area. We can work with most print ready files PDF, JPEG, AI, PSD, EPS, PNG, please ensure that your files are of good enough quality for printing for a guarnteed high quality print. Your artwork files can be uploaded easily with your order at the checkout, once received one of our team will be in touch with a final print proof for your approval, if requested in the order.

Delivery Info
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY ON MY ORDER?
Most orders are charged at £15 per shipment, this is for a folded banners either Poly Textile Banner Poly Airmesh banner, PVC banner or PVC Mesh banner in a box secure and safely wrapped. For larger longer items we may charge more in accordance with the couriers cost.
CAN I USE MY PAYPAL ADDRESS AS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We always ship to the address entered and confirmed in the checkout area and then authorised by the merchant.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND ON MOST PRODUCTS?
Delivery time from confirmation of order and approval of artwork is normally within 3-4 days. Sometime if artwork needs to be approved or amended this can slow things down. We can also ship must faster for you, if need something extra fast like next day, contact us and we will do what we can for you.
ARE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM A UK MANUFACTRUER?
We are the sole manufacturer of all our printed products like banners and textile items, this is why charge the best price in the UK, we never ship from a third party.
CAN YOU SHIP WHITE LABEL DIRECT TO MY CUSTOMERS?
Do you need a secure and confidential direct delivery supplier? We ship direct form our faculty in Nottingham and can send your items direct to your clients under a white label.
WILL I GET A TRACKING EMAIL OR SMS FROM THE COURIER?
Our customers will receive emailed and SMS tracking to their preferred contact details with a window for delivery where possible from our selected courier.

faq
How do i install my heras cover?
Our heras fence covers our finished with hemmed strong tape and industrial eyelets, we recommend using cable ties to securely fit your cover to your frame.
Can i print on both sides of my heras fence cover?
Two Heras banners can easily be attached to either side of your Heras fence panel, however please be aware this can reduce the wind flow. There is a 90% print show through on the reverse of the mesh banners, creating an almost double sided print effect. We do supply double sided crowd barrier jackets that slip over an individual crowd control barriers like a glove, these can be found here.
Can i machine wash my heras fence covers?
Yes! Both 115g Poly Airmesh and 230g Heavy Mesh can be machine washed on a cool tempreture and even ironed on a low heat if necessary. The PVC Mesh can easily be wiped clean using soap water.
Cut or pointed corners?
As standard our heras cover corners are left pointed with eyelets, however on request we will happily cut the corners in producion if required.
