Our crowd barrier jackets from Eco Print are a cost-effective solution for event advertising. They have photo-quality fabric graphics covering the metal frame, providing a high-impact, low-cost display option. Perfect for events, our jackets can be customised with different graphics or solid colours on each side. Installation is easy with curved corners and cable ties.
Choose from three options of poly engineered fabrics with double-hemmed edging and rust-free nickel eyelets.
With a standard size of 230cm x 90cm, however we also offer custom lengths to suit your needs. Contact our sales team to explore this customisable option and make your event truly standout.

FABRIC OPTIONS FOR CROWD BARRIER JACKETS:
At Eco Print we offer three fabric options of barrier jackets to suit different environments:
- 115G Dye Sub Eco Poly Air-mesh: This lightweight fabric is ideal for windy environments due to its high airflow properties. Easily installation and serves as a cost-effective option for events, building sites, and short-term fence covers.
- 230G Heavy Duty Dye Sub Air-mesh: For maximum durability, this heavy mesh fabric is the strongest option available. Its eco-friendly and flexible properties make it a suitable choice for high-rise buildings, open-air shows, and building wraps.
- 220g Stretch Display: Most suitable for indoor use and events. Durable and smooth polyester, this high-quality solid print ensures a no-glare surface. It’s extremely convenient to slip on and off the barrier frame, and can be easily machine washed. Plus, it’s non-creasing, making storage a breeze.

HOW DO I INSTALL MY CROWD BARRIER JACKETS?
Our crowd barrier jackets are finished with hemmed strong tape and industrial eyelets, we recommend using cable ties to securely fit your cover to your frame.
CAN I PRINT ON BOTH SIDES OF MY CROWD BARRIER JACKET?
Yes! Two crowd barrier jackets can be attached to your crowd barrier, as a result this may reduce wind flow. The mesh banners have a 90% print show through on the reverse, creating a double-sided print effect. We supply double-sided crowd barrier jackets that slip over individual crowd control barriers.
CAN I MACHINE WASH MY CROWD BARRIER JACKET?
Yes! Both the 115g Poly Airmesh and 230g Heavy Mesh can be machine washed on a cool temperature and ironed on a low heat if required. The PVC Mesh can easily be wiped clean using soap water.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY ON MY ORDER?
Most orders are charged at £14.99 each, this is for a folded banners either Poly Airmesh or PVC Mesh Banner in a box secure and safely wrapped.
CAN I USE MY PayPal ADDRESS AS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We always ship to the address entered and confirmed in the checkout area and then authorised by the merchant.
WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND ON PRODUCTS?
We are the fast turnaround specialist! Delivery time from confirmation of order and approval of artwork is normally within 3-4 days. Sometime if artwork needs to be approved or amended this can slow things down. We can also ship must faster for you, if need something extra fast like next day, contact us and we will do what we can for you.
ARE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM THE UK MANUFACTURER?
We are the sole manufacturer of all our printed banners and textile items, this is why you get the best price in the UK, we never ship from a third party.
CAN YOU SHIP WHITE LABEL DIRECT TO MY CUSTOMER?
Do you need a secure and confidential direct delivery supplier? We ship direct form our facility in Nottingham and can send your items direct to your clients under a white label, we use DPD who offer a black shipping label.
WILL I GET A TRACKING EMAIL OR SMS FROM THE COURIER?
Our customers will get a emailed and SMS tracking with window for delivery where possible from the courier which is normally DPD, these are preferred supplier of courier services unless the Heras banners or PVC mesh banner roll is too wide, we will the carefully offer as alternative suitable for the delivery.
